Project measurements, consultations, and appointments are performed on-site at the work location with the client’s consent.
Estimate and Pricing
All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Pricing may be subject to change if unforeseen conditions or additional work are discovered during the remodeling process. Renovation projects may reveal hidden structural, plumbing, electrical, or other conditions once work begins. Molina Remodeling is not responsible for pre-existing issues discovered during the renovation process.
Additional work required due to unforeseen conditions will be communicated prior to continuation. Any necessary adjustments will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
Payment Terms
Payment schedules, deposits, and final balances will be outlined in a written agreement prior to the start of any project.
